Target Audience

This training is designed for adoptive and foster parents, kinship caregivers, mental health professionals, school counselors, educators, social workers, and other child-serving professionals who support adopted children and teens. It is especially relevant for those working with children impacted by early loss, relational trauma, identity development challenges, or complex emotional and behavioral needs. Participants should have a foundational understanding of child development and be open to a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach that prioritizes emotional safety, curiosity, and repair over control or compliance.
